All in one printers and why you need one

All in one printers are probably the best thing to happen in the world of printing, it allows you to perform basically any task you would ever need to perform at a copy center, or at your office at home.

The best part is that they are reasonably priced so you won't have to pay too much for them.

Why you need an all in one printer

The problem most people have when they buy a printer is that they always think they don't need the extra features like the fax option, or scan function because they can always do it at work.

I know because I used to think the same way until I started finding myself in situations where I needed access to a fax machine or had to scan my Driver's license to verify my identity.

I couldn't do those things with my home printer, so I ended up going to a public library close to my home, or a copy center. The inconvenience of leaving my home to do simple things like this made me decide to get an all in one printer.

An all in one printers are also a good investment if you have a small business, because you will have to scan or fax documents on a daily basis, and also make numerous copies.

What brand or type of all in one printers should you buy?

When it comes to printers and other electronics, I usually stick to brands I have bought in the past and didn't have any problems with.

Usage is also a big factor to consider, if you don't do a lot of printing and copying at home you shouldn't buy a very expensive printer, you can buy a smaller printer that will still get the job done.

If you are constantly printing and making copies, or have children who are constantly printing and making copies, then you should get a printer that can handle that amount of work.

A few examples of all in one printers to consider are:

Epson Workforce 310: This is perfect for a college student, it has all the basics they would need like copier, fax, scanner, and printer. The only negative is it doesn't have Wi-Fi so it has to be directly plugged in, but the $65 price tag makes it a minor inconvenience.

The HP Officejet Pro 8600: This is great printer for the office, or home. The picture quality of this printer is superb, you can print documents off cloud, and scan legal paper sized documents. The Wi-Fi connectivity means you can print your documents from other computers in the house without being plugged in. It has all the functions you need like scanning, printing, fax, and copier.

The printing speed is also better than most printers, like the Epson Workforce. The printer usually goes for $299.

The Epson Workforce 845: This is a great all in one printer for a small business, it has the copy, scan, fax, and print functions, and allows users to print from cloud. It has a new Connect Email Print app that allows you to send a file you want to print to the email address, which will be printed and waiting for you when you get to the office in the morning.

The picture qualities of the print jobs are also very great, and the general printing speed is excellent. These printers usually run for $329, but they definitely worth it.

All in one printers are worth investing in; because they aren't too expensive, and they save you the inconvenience of looking for a copy center close to home next time you have to send a document out in a hurry.
